I’ve been going to this salon for almost a year now and have always loved it! The place is clean, the girls are friendly, and I am always happy with my nails. I’ve done builder gel and acrylics. Ale is a very talented nail artist and can do any design I show her. The other nail techs are great too.
I called this place a month in advance to schedule an appointment for my manicure because I wanted to have them done right before my trip. They confirmed the date and time with me over the phone and i double checked with them that i wanted for that date and time. I go in today, in time and ready for my appointment, and they tell me they had me scheduled for the day before and i said no my appointment was for today. The girl i spoke to was unwelcoming, rude and had an attitude; that was very unprofessional. She didn’t seem like she cared at all for making me come all this way to tell me that they can’t take me because of a mistake on their part ! Made me waste my time !
